Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh Service Center

I recently had my car serviced at Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh and Chris, the Asst. Service Manager was phenomenal in assisting me. I was so nervous before contacting Kia because my engine died with no forewarning while I was driving and it scared me because I was on the interstate. After contacting Kia and speaking to Chris, he had me tow my car there and he informed me of what was going on. I had my engine replaced, my serpentine belt replaced and my fuel injectors cleaned. Chris informed me of the status of my service and everything took about a week to complete. I usually take my car to Kia in Cary for service, but it does not seem as though they were doing a thorough service check like Kia in Raleigh did. I would definitely go back for service again and I appreciate the great customer service Chris provided.

Even though we had to wait for the part to come from LA(covid-19 is a b) they were great with getting her repair in a timely manner. Chris was great with answering all our questions about the repair and the warranty. He even put a report about up and coming maintenance. So I'm always happy to with

Very professional service. Chris made sure that the warranty covered this repair even though there was no recall. Car was thoroughly protected with plastic and/or paper when it was returned to me. Excellent experience!

A good experience both time we bought here. And the follow up service has been quick and thorough. Some my question this, but buying here was a real pleasure. This dealership has treated us with respect and courtesy. And we got a good deal on our new car purchase - after doing a lot of research, we visited Anderson KIA and got the best deal.
