Tried Multiple times to schedule an appoint so i t would be a quick drop of and they keep saying just come in we can help you quick.....Well that was not the case! i i wanted was a service check and tire changed and i brought my own tires. When i arrived they said it would take less then a hour but i had to return to work. They called me a few minute till close and said the mechanic didn't feel like working on it so it won't be done today. Terrible customer service ..... This was between 2:30 and 6pm multiple hours to take care of my service. and was repeated back to me that they are not busy at all.

Got a new tire install on my ZX14. Crew were friendly and took a little over an hour to do get it done. The atmosphere is great with an open minded and sophisticated staff that can pretty much get anything done regarding motorcycles in general. Time after time after time again continuous disasters in the service department. Mason who I’m assuming is the manager is thorough and professional. I spent a lot of money with this place in the customer service continues to be very very subpar and extremely disappointing.nI really want to support these guys but I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future.

Awesome store with a fantastic staff! Athena's knowledge of helmet safety features made the shopping experience very smooth. Sev was excellent and quick with processing all the paperwork on the bike I bought! If you're new to riding this is definitely a store you should visit. The whole team was really friendly and they take the time to give good advice to people who are new to powersports!
