I was referred by a friend to consider getting my car serviced here. I had an excellent experience. Not only did I receive amazing customer service, they did an excellent job with the quality of the work performed. I’ve owned by Mercedes for several years now. I walked away knowing more about my vehicle, making me a more informed consumer for the future. Thank you Bruce and team! I look forward to coming back for my future needs. Are you looking for a trustworthy place to bring your Mercedes? Well you found the right place. These folks are amazing. They never overcharge, in fact, sometimes I feel like they are undercharging just to make sure I am happy. I would and do recommend this place to everyone I can. If you have a MB or BMW this is the only place you should consider...Period.

I just want to update my review and further endorse The Foreign Service. I recently took my car to a local dealership for a recall and they told me my car looked great... what they failed to mention was that my battery (the original in a 2014 model) was close to biting the dust. The guys at Foreign Service called to notify me it was failing some tests and that since it was the original, it wasn’t if but when would it likely fail me and die. There was no pressure to replace it. It was more of an “FYI don’t be surprised if” scenario. This is the type of people they are. Proactive, not reactive. Fair and informative. I cannot vouch for them enough (10/02/20)nnOriginal: I refuse to visit most of the local dealerships in the area because I lack confidence in their knowledge, reliability and professionalism. I love The Foreign Service because I can trust them to take care of my car and me. No gimmicks or bs. Just undeniably the best service and care for a Mercedes in the Triangle. If you’re considering it, look no further. The whole team is fantastic.

Very impressed with the outstanding MB car service I received at Foreign Services. They were professional, knowledgeable and good at their craft. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. He provided prompt scheduling and kept the communication lines open until the completion of my service. They provided a loaner while my car was being serviced.. and did an incredible detail wash before the delivery of my vehicle..

What a great find. Very friendly and honest. Told me what needed to be done which was less than the dealer had advised and priced it much more reasonably. I will definitely use them for all services on my Mercedes going forward.
