Very good communication from the service dept. to us regarding each step of the process. Very thorough work. I have no hesitation to return there to have my car serviced. Shakiera (front desk) was very personable and to my surprise, was knowledgeable about car issues. It was refreshing to be able to talk with the 'receptionist' about what may actually be wrong with the car and to receive meaningful responses and questions from her. She raised the service from a 4-star to a 5!
Absolutely by far one of best experience I have had buying a car. Westgate was able to make my trade in as smooth as possible. Erick Hernandez was great at assisting me with the whole process. He made sure I was able to get a great deal and most important leave with the car I WANTED and not just another sale. Excellent customer service. The best I've ever gotten from a car dealership. So important in a time when a person can feel like they only matter when there is money to be made. I had real professional treatment and that kind of thing matters to me.
Great selection of jeeps. Mark, our sales guy was very knowledgeable and informative. He wasn't pushy like other other places we have been to. He helped us find the right jeep for us. He has even called me several times to see how I am doing with my new vehicle. Paperwork is a little long and grueling, but that is to be expected. The contract guy, (Rob?) Was really nice and fun to talk to. We will definitely be back when it is time for my husband to get a new car, and we will ask for Mark!
We just purchased a RAM 1500 Crew Cab for our son at Westgate. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Barry Wellman as the Sales Representative. Barry made the purchasing process easy & enjoyable. He was able to explain the numerous truck features to our son and was careful to help him stay within his budget for the purchase. Barry was patient and took lots of time explaining options, specials and features to us so my son could make the perfect purchase for himself and his family. Barry made the process fun!
