Out in no time
Like most of these restaurants... it's hit or miss. I like going because I can management cares... however, I question the work ethic of the front end customer support. The food is mostly the best McDonald's in Durham however their customer service needs serious work sometimes. Again it's hit or miss
The last 3 times my order has had an issue that the McDonald's employees are too incompetent to properly fix. I will never eat at that mcdonald's again
There's only a couple drive-thru options in Brier Creek, and this is the best service-wise. It's also one of the few chain restaurants that give you exactly what you expect. Docking one star because your sweet tea is weaker than most other McDonald's, and that's unforgivable this far south.
This one in Briar Creek is the best. There are McDonald's up the road I would rate 2 stars, so I don't go there anymore!
