I had my wife to bring her Lexus to them due to someone backing into her. Not only did they not have the vehicle ready when he told her to pick it up, Logan also yelled at her that it wasn't his fault that she didn't call first before an hour drive after he reassured her that it would be ready on that day. To top all of that, the car has been having issues every since she picked it up from C&P. A car that has never had an issue, had a new battery and had no issues. We are having to take it to another auto shop now to see what the problem is. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!
