T & R Tractor & Trailer Repair

I have never completed a review in my life, but this experience was terrible took truck on a Tuesday was told to leave a $1300 deposit for repair that should be completed on Wednesday then Thursday then Friday. Well Friday turned into we have to tow your truck to another repair shop because we don’t have the computer to complete job now things get interesting they want total payment before they take to the other shop. I asked to take to shop make sure truck up and running and I will pay the remaining balance once we know truck is running properly. They wouldn’t . I was confused because I have given you a deposit in good faith before any repairs where done, and now you can’t do the same Terrible ( Heather was professional at all time I must be honest) but business practice is terrible!!! Repair bill I paid just to get truck from there but, It doesn’t pay to not be upfront and honest. As a business you must know you limits if your not equipped to do a job turn it away and not just do a money grab!!!! Kaaarrmaaa!!!
