Was very surprised the manager called to check the next day on the quality of our experience from the day before, which was satisfactory. That's great business practice in my book. As a pizza expert myself I give them a 5 star rating for customer service and quality control.

Awful. Ordered delivery. Over an hour wait when I was told on the website 25-30 minutes. I called in at the hour mark and they said they had delivered it... checked my porch because it’s contactless delivery, no food. They said they would have to remake my food and deliver it again. No thanks, I’m hungry. My address is clearly written on my front door. I asked for a refund and he tells me 2 day processing time. Don’t order from here. Ever.

This pizza hut is the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I've managed a pizza joint before and know what to look for with customer satisfaction. These guys always greet me when I come in, if not verbally then with a friendly head nod if they are in the kitchen. The place was very clean and the food has never disappointed. Usually my family only orders pizza once a month due to the cost of pizza huts pizza, but we have already ate pizza 3 times just this month. The dough thickness has always be perfect (have been to a couple pizza huts where the pizza just flops and the toppings come off when you try to eat it) they put just the right amount of sauce on it and the perfect amount of toppings. (If you order extra, I usually get extra spinach on mine and at other pizza huts they just put a couple extra leaves on there...this pizza hut actually puts EXTRA on there but not too much where it overpowers the other toppings) and I redeemed my points for a free pizza. At most places when you redeem for free food they skimp on toppings to save costs..not this pizza hut. The free pizza tastes just as good as the other pizza that I paid for. This is my home pizza hut for life. I dont care how far I have to drive to get there. Great job guys!
