Pharmacy here is horrendous. Extremely unorganized and rude.
The staff in this store and in the pharmacy, always give us great service, and make us feel right at home when talking to them about our personal healthcare. Thank you, Rockwell CVS!
Lady working pharmacy window at this location was very rude! I was told the first time I came up to the window, that my prescription was sent but showed that they had filled it but it wasn't ready. She told me to wait 30 mins and come back. I came back 3 hours later, and she tells me that my prescription can't be filled because its too early! Why wouldn't that have been said from the get go, so I didn't have to make another special trip??!?!!
I have lived in Rockwell NC since I was 8 years old.nI have shopped at my local CVS store for years! Today I walked in with my fiancé to get a few things. We both went our separate ways in the store. He went to get dog food, drinks, snacks while I went to the beauty section to get eyelashes, a razor, and picked out an ankle bracelet. I found my fiancé in the store looking at socks. We both approached the register at the same time to pay for our things. We were greeted with dirty looks and emotionless stares. I smiled at the cashier and met eye contact with the manager that was standing right beside us. The manager (Donna) continued to stare at us and give us dirty looks as we both paid for our things spending a total of around $100.00. We finish our transaction and before leaving the manager opens her palm filled with (tags/trash) I’m honestly still unsure. I looked at her confused as she starts saying “thanks for leaving this and I should call the police.”nI stared at her still completely confused. I said “ma’am I don’t understand what you’re talking about” she then stated laughing and rose her voice “oh yeah, sure, I saw you in the jewelry section and him looking at socks, you’re lucky I don’t call the police.”nAt this point, my face is red, customers and employees are staring at us all while I’m still trying to explain that I have never stolen anything in my life and paid for everything. She continued to raise her voice, threw her hands up. At this point I became angry and assured her I’d be making a phone call to corporate regarding this situation. She responded with “I’m the manager, good luck getting ahold of anyone.”nMe and my fiancé proceeded to leave, in complete shock, confused, embarrassed, humiliated, and just disgusted. She continued to scream things at us as we were leaving out the door. My fiancé encouraged her to watch the cameras to prove our innocence further. I wasn’t able to make out what she said, but I’m quite sure she was screaming obscenities. I’m not sure if she was impaired because she seemed very paranoid and her behavior was so unprofessional and erratic.nI was sure to make a phone call to corporate (which I was able to get ahold of somebody there, & they assured me that this problem will be addressed)nYet I’m still writing this review in shock. Me and my fiancé were completely humiliated, falsely accused, and treated terribly by Donna, store manager at CVS in Rockwell, NC. After being a loyal customer there for years I can’t say I feel comfortable or safe shopping there any longer. I write this also in hopes that nobody else enters this store as a honest, upstanding citizen and leaves feeling hurt and humiliated by Donna.nn**Update**nMy fiancé went back to ask if they reviewed the cameras and to get the managers name. (Donna)nShe was in the middle of reviewing the cameras apparently. He politely asked if she could finish reviewing them and come back and talk to him. She finished, came back up front and apologized to my fiancé for falsely accusing us stating “she thought, and that things get stolen all the time.”nTo me this is not a sincere or acceptable apology.nWe were screamed at, falsely accused, humiliated, based on “thoughts?”nI feel like we may have been both targeted because my fiancé and I both have a fair amount of visible tattoos. Either way, I’m still so upset regarding this situation. Please beware of the CVS in Rockwell and Donna the store manager.
Today I asked them to simply add my HSA card to my account. Both of my parents successfully have done this at the store before. I told her before I paid too. She didnt know what she was doing and didnt ask anyone for help. She then proceeded to make it so no one there could possibly add the card to my account because she already paid for my prescriptions with my card without permission lol she literally took it out of my hand and swiped it. Then I was told I'd have to come back the next time I need a prescription and tell them the exact same thing as I told them today..... so I have to just hope they dont mess it up next time ud83dude05 please just train employees properly. This was a ridiculously easy task that wasnt even completed. Then she told me I could go on the website to do it and when I asked where to specifically go cause I dont know how to do that. And she said I dont know and walked away and never came back...
