Right now the deals there are unbeatable for the quality and design. Staff are amazing they assist not only with the clothes but give great conversation about life's goings on at the moment. Such a breath of fresh air. Love Rue21!

I was in this store on Sunday the 27th. I wish I could give a great review but I can not. First your store looked great! I love everything you have especially all the sunflower items. I was yelled at when I walked into your store which was unpleasant and also your employees were talking and one girl with blue hair was on her phone most the time I was in there. I was very displeased and left but I came back this week and there were 2 young women working and they were very pleasant. The long blonde girl helped me and she helped me so well that I spent a lot more money than I should have but I am okay with that because I was given such great customer service. And the dark haired young lady was very sweet and both do professional. I would have given this business a 5 star if it wasn’t for the unprofessionalism of my first visit but please go in and visit these two ladies you will have a wonderful experience.

I came in around 4:30 ish, and was ignored upon entering the store. The older woman working was on her phone, instead of talking to us and asking if we needed help she seemed to more focused on both both devices, her personal and what appeared to be a home phone or store phone. After she finished what she was doing, I was still ignored and overheard a comment about my race. After said comment was made, my group put our merchandise back and proceeded to leave the store. Not sure on the name of the girl working but she was a tall blonde, an a little older in age.

After waiting in line, I asked the employee about a shoe I wanted. They said they didn't have it in stock, but they could call around. After I said yes, they said they would help me when they were finished with the line. I feel that they should have helped me when I was up there. I waited in line like everyone else, and they turned me away. They only came to help me when no one else was in line. I felt like they were telling me they valued their other costumers more than me. I should have been helped after I waited in line, not told to wait until the line was gone.

I have shopped at this location many times and it is one of my favorite stores, I’ve met both managers an they’re both super nice but mainly every time I go in Stephanie’s always there she’s always soo nice and asks me what I’m shopping for and helps me find it! I went in last night and she’s always running around working hard and helping people! The other girls that were there last night were super nice also! Stephanie does a great job the store is always very clean and organized she does a great job!!
