Big sign on the window literally says walk ins welcome. I walk in just to speak with someone to see what is available. Stood at the front counter for over five mins with no one acknowledging I was there. A lady from the doorway right next to the counter even walked right by. I sit for another few mins on their couch in the waiting area. Not a single word from anyone working there. Don’t waste your time if they can’t bother to speak with you.
She did and amazing job on my hair and it was a good environment, and relaxing..

Friendly staff and very clean facility!! I have been going there for years and Jennifer Hoover always does an outstanding job on my hair.
