My friend and I bought some clothes from here as gifts and we kept coming back (3 times actually) because we kept forgetting stuff, the employee Morgan there was super chill and just made the experience pretty cool actually. The store has a really cool feel to it and I would definitely buy from here again!

Do not shop here!!! I found a very cute dress from here for family pictures. I wore it for less than an hour and it ripped. For $60 I was expecting better quality. I tried to exchange it, but their policy is to not to return damaged items. So they know they are selling cheap clothes that won't hold up. I am so disappointed by this experience as I loved the look of the dress but I will never shop there again.

K so you might've already heard about this, but my friend and I are just walking around the mall and we walked in front of/slightly past this store and I'm like "HEY WAIT, THERE'S COOL CLOTHES HERE". (By the way, point is at the bottom) So two doodz walk into a women's french clothing shop for their friends and le employee greets us like "Hey guys! You looking for anything?" So we tell her we're here to buy hoodies and she says that there aren't many hoodies but shows us where they, and the sweaters, are at. Sure enough, there were like 3 or 4 hoodies. Not that many. But. There were. The fluffy kind. The smooth kind. The hoodielicious kind. So we grab one and another cool sweater for our friends and hit the counter. I ended up setting up a rewards program just cause why not, I'll probably shop here more often, and she's like "I think you're the only dude to get a rewards program here", which made sense and was rather entertaining to think about. Had another nice exchange and then we left. We ended up walking past it again and impulsively I go "WAIT, THAT SWEATER'S COOL!" and grab it and go to the counter. She seemed lightly amused to see the same two guys walk into the same french clothing shop for wamen a second time. This time I'm having trouble with ma card so my friend's like "hey we'll pull out real quick so you can help the lady behind us" to the girl at counter, to which she was like "cool, that definitely works". We ended up sorting out ma card shtuffz and bought the sweater, said "bye" and dipped a second time. Then ya boi and I were at a DIFFERENT shop and we were like "WAIT, THAT EMPLOYEE'S COOL!" So we came back and got her name. Morgan laughed about it and said thanks. Point being, Morgan was chill, patient, and pretty dope all-around. Be like Morgan. Lol seriously tho that girl should get a raise or something.

Very bad business etiquette. Would not give me my money back after my dress shrunk. I bought a very nice dress here that fit me perfectly, and I wore it once and washed it according to the instructions exactly (cold wash, delicate cycle, and hang to dry). It shrunk 3 inches and at least a full size smaller, so I could no longer wear it. They will not accept the return or give me my money back, and I've seen other reviews with the same problem here. This is bad business etiquette. They need to start accepting returns if the clothing proves to be unwearable after washing according to the instructions.

Terrible customer service! I bought a dress that ripped within an hour of wearing it for normal wear and they would not return or exchange it. The manager was very rude and had an attitude. Looking at other reviews I can see this is an issue. I wish I had read the reviews before blowing $60 on a dress that ripped within an hour.
