I have mixed feelings about this place because the servise was great but when i told them what i needed and they looked it up and they still gave me the wrong part. How does that happend? Then when i went to exchange the part i talked to the same guy and he looked me stright in my face and says( I didnt give you that!!!!!!) And seemed to be offended that i said that to him. What a world whatever happend to ( sir i am sorry lets get you the right part).

Needed some help getting my rotors turned today and Coby was a great help! He was able to get some pretty deep grooves out of my rotor and saved me like $80 on a new rotor. Also got to hang out with him and learn about how the machine he turns them with works and all about the process. Def had an excellent experience at this store and I'll be back. I'm located half way between this store and the Ramseur location and I'll def return to Asheboro before Ramseur as I've gotten sub par help at the Ramseur location on multiple occasions. The people def make the brand and Coby is an excellent O'reilleys ambassador!
