A & A Truck, Auto & Towing

My car was towed there by Toby. It needed a transmission. STILL needs a transmission. They have had my car for at LEAST 4 months. STILL no transmission, even though they have a new one for my car and now it seems they've done something with my car! I paid, upfront, half the bill to have my car repaired. I can't get anyone to call me back. We've been up there at least 4x. And NOW... my car is MISSING! Looks like they've stolen my car or illegally sold my car and stolen my money.

Would definitely recommend A&A towing to anyone! He was so fast to get to our vehicle that he beat us there!! Super friendly and fast! And it was snowing like crazy! Please call him first because his rates and super awesome service can’t be beat! Thanks again for all your help! He only charged a small amount to tow a Dodge Ram 1500! I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

They were there when we needed it most (insurance companies were not helpful and we were stranded on a Sunday for 5 hours!), were pleasant to work with, towed our truck 1-1/2 hours away, and also provided us a ride home! Professional, courteous, and friendly. Would definitely use them. I hardly ever write reviews so this is saying a lot about them.

Very satisfied with this company, have been there for us on a regular basis for our needs from being stuck in the ice to a wreck my wife was in. Was there in a flash. Wouldnt call anyone else but A&A for our needs!!! 5 stars

This is the worst towing place in asheboro. If i could give them 0 starts i would. I called them and they told me it would be $75, so they ride and they dont even find my car on the side of the road and still make me pay them for nothing. Then i drive and find my car in the exact same spot i told them it was so they come back and on the phone they tell me now its $125 now for no reason, and so i say ok so they tow my car and then after they tow it they tell me now its gonna be $185. Please tell me how they went from $75 bucks to $185 and they tell me AFTER they do it. Theyre just trying to get money. I would not recommend to anyone unless youre trynna spend extra money. And they say my car was 175 feet off the road but it was actually like 20 feet at most but theyre trying to make themselves not sound bad. But i did tell them it was in a ditch not on the side of the road but then they changed the story about what i said to make me sound like im lying but i assure you im not. And it was not time comsuming, it literally took less than 10 minutes, but i guess thats considered time consuming to them?
