Blackout Window Tinting & Auto Detail

There is no option to leave 0 stars or else I would. I made an appointment 1 week ahead of time. I live 1 hour away. I dropped my truck off and returned 2 hours later. I was told that they are behind and it hadn’t been touched yet. My option was to sit and wait but that there were 2 others ahead of me. I declined and voiced that I made an appointment. What’s the use of making an appointment ? Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no regard for trying to make it right either. I wasted 4 hours including drive time and didn’t get my windows done.

The girl who answers the phone is very nice, the owner does a good job no matter the cars conditions (one of my cars was very old and dirty lol)and the other guy is very friendly and explains the process very well. i would recommend this place!

The guy who owns this shop has done all three of our cars and he is the best all around. He is very friendly and will get you car done right and fast.

Poor tint job went back twice to have it redone the first time I took it back they said they were to busy to do a re-tint. Told me to bring my car back and they weren’t even there out on a job somewhere else. I don’t not and will not recommend this place for window tinting.
