Twice I’ve ordered and both times at least one of the iteMs became un available after I’d already waited weeks for it to arrive (already paid and order completed). What a joke. So frustrating. I was tying to prepare for festivities and it basically just left me scrambling last minute.

Worst return/exchange policy of any retail store in business. PLEASE improve your return/exchange policy. Even if I have the receipt I dread making a return because it takes forever. The cashier has to find each item on the receipt and cross it out by hand. If you don’t have the receipt you can only exchange for the exact same item in a different size. Clothes are reasonably priced but the customer service and exchange policy are antiquated and need to be updated to stay on pace with every other retail store.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! They asked if I wanted to open a credit card and I said sure she told me I could pay it off right away if I wanted to. So I did I paid in cash. Then a month later I got a bill for what I had already paid! I called them to tell them what happened they wanted a receipt and i told them i had lost it but i know that they keep track of records because I’ve worked in retail and they said they would investigate. They called back and said they didn’t have any record of it and to call costumer service. Called costumer service and they said they can’t do much unless I have a receipt. So now I’m stuck with a bill that I already paid! They girl there was a teen to early 20s she’s a thief and probably pocketed the money! Be careful and always have them email your receipt so you don’t end up in my situation or don’t go at all like me I will never go back to this place ever!!!

The manager of this store is a very mean woman, very unprofessional service, very rude to her customers, no quality, in a word, here I experienced the worst shopping ever, will not go again!

I'm reporting this to corporate and calling the store manager when they open today. But I thought I'd leave a review. Yesterday I went in to buy a few things for my one year old since I had some coupons I didn't want to expire. My total was $14 and when I went to hand her my $100 bill She talked down to me and said she couldn't take that because they're "not allowed to take $100 bills unless the total comes out to be $60 or more" mind you, there no signs up about them having policies of not taking big bills. She spoke to me in a way that I could only describe as racist...she looked down on me and didn't try to help me make my purchase. Didn't say sorry or try to see if there was enough money in the other register that was open to help me make my purchase. I checked my purse and could only find $8. My baby started crying and I called my hubby to see if he had cash on him, he was next door at hot topic but he didn't answer..so she says in a snotty tone "You can try MACYS maybe THEYLL change it for you. I'll hold ur things and you can come back" I just told her its fine and if I took my coupons back would they still work? And she said yeah. But of course they didn't . I tried using them at the Riverdale (where the girls are so sweet and always try to play with my baby and usually recognize me since I'm there so often) one later and they didn't work.I mean she didn't try to help me make my purchase at all! She saw my kid was getting out of control and I just wanted to buy my stuff and get out of there but she didn't care. She just dismissed me like I bothered her or something. But after thinking about the way she talked to me I realize she must have thought my bill was fake and didn't want me there. I've spoken to a lot of people about this including a children's place manager in Michigan AND the employees at the Riverdale store and they ALL agreed her "100 bill rule" sounds like bs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. MAKE THE DRIVE TO RIVERDALE CHILDREN'S PLACE INSTEAD. GREAT PRICES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
