With the severe market volatility of recent days/weeks, I would expect that Jay would have connected with all of his clients, not just high wealth individuals. However, my Mother has been a client for more than 2 decades, so I was surprised to learn today that she hasn’t heard from Jay. Not a blanket email or call of any kind to let her know that he is monitoring her positions and is available for questions or to meet. Investors should expect this from an someone with the title of Advisor.
