I love this store, I wanna say thank you to Esther for the warm welcoming in the store an thank you helping me find what I was looking for, I love her customer service and she is sweet and kind. Keep up the good work! I definitely will be back!

Can't get enough of their candles and cute little stands. I'm kinda a germ freak all the time way before the pandemic. I love the spray hand sanitizer so many yummy smells will be a forever favorite for me.

I actually shop at bath and body a lot! But this last trip, I will not be shopping at the Layton one and I don't even know how I feel about their customer service contact!! I was missing items when I got home and I called and they said so sorry, nothing we can do about it? So I paid for things, on my receipt, that I did not get!! That's so not cool at all!!! Check your bag for every single item before you leave because they don't care at all!!

Esther was so rude. I will not be coming back to this store again. She was so patronizing not only to the customers, but also to the employees that work there! How can someone who works in retail be so bad at customer service?? Not only was she yelling at another employee (who was just doing their job), she was rude to my daughters and made them too scared to ask for help. Definitely not coming back again and Esther really needs to get off her high horse and check herself.

I will never step foot in this store again. Esther at the door was rude to my kids who are 12 telling them they couldn't come in without buying stuff and said they are messing up their numbers. I have worked for this company and know their emphasis on good customer service, this was not it. Rude employees do not belong at this company. We did buy stuff although I didn't want to give money to a company that treats their customers like that. Never again.
