Love the clothes, always good sells!
Will definitely use Aeropostale as the store but the manager Candice at the Layton Hills Mall Aeropostale was unbelievably unhelpful especially after an entire rack of clothing fell over on myself cut me up I bled all over and not a single apology not a single sympathetic anything all she could say was I didn't see anything and then stood there with a dumb look on her face but until they do something about her as the manager I will not use this store again
Like the sales and sales people there. Found some really good deals for a hard to fit kid.
They have the cutest t-shirts for my teen granddaughters and the prices can't be beat!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in an Aeropostale store. The two girls behind the counter were very rude!! I asked for a changing room and they ignored my first request, and when i approached the counter to ask a second time they gave me a blank stare and lazily walked me to a changing room. When it came time to pay i set my items on the counter, only to have them immediately pushed off the counter and back into my hands by one of the workers. If she was unable to help me, she could have told me instead of being so down right rude. I gave 2 stars because I was happy with the selection of clothing, but If I was basing this review solely off the behavior and helpfulness of the workers I would put 0 stars.
