The employees should probably focus on the customers and finding sizes for people if the store wants to make money. I've visited this location multiple times to buy jeans and no one has assisted me. I couldn't find my size so I left and everyone just said thanks for coming in but when I was looking for someone to help me, no one could help?
I ended up buying jeans (Miss Me's) online, and the website said fulfilled but the store doesn't have them and the store system says unknown? Not sure what's going on here, but for someone buying multiple pairs of $100+ Jean's... I think they could do better.
This was my first real Buckle experience where i made a purchase. I was immediately welcomed and got help from a wonderful lady to start my shopping. Then I met a lovely girl named Abby, she helped me find THE perfect jeans, and didn't stop until i was 100% happy about them. She made me feel so welcome and confident. This was by far the best sales experience i've ever had. Thank you Abby, you were fantastic!!!

Great informative staff. Shannon spent lots of time digging for clothes, and making sure all my options were comfortable. She found everything I was looking for in my size and also provided a few other options she thought I would like. I very much appreciated her attentive attitude for what I was looking for. Great 5⭐ experience!!!
