Great shoe selection and staff. Even better having a treadmill I can actually run on before purchasing my shoes.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM STRIDERS AGAIN. One star is an overrating! I don’t usually write reviews, but I have NEVER been treated so rudely in a store. I visited the store on 8/29/2020 at 4:45 pm. It was the Layton location. I usually get all my running gear from the Utah Running Store in Ogden UT. This particular day I was in a hurry and this store was a convenient stop, but I regret purchasing from them. If I had not been in desperate need of the item I purchased I would have left the store without purchasing. If you have any running gear needs it is defiantly worth the short 15 minute drive to purchase from the Utah Running Store in Ogden. They are soooo much more professional, personable, and caring, unlike the staff at Striders.........Sooooo please support THE UTAH RUNNING STORE!!!!! NOT STRIDERS!!! The Utah running store is locally owned and their employees care about the customers that visit their store!!!!
The ladies who worked here the evening we came were not very friendly or helpful. Regardless of that we were able to find a very nice pair of shoes on your clearance table that my husband was very happy with.
Don’t waste your time/money here, go to salt lake running company instead (they have a bigger shoe selection & a much more friendly/knowledgeable staff)
I called these guys to see if they had shoes I was looking for. They told me they had several. When I got to the store they had noting but one pair of shoes size 13. The young lady was actually too lazy to go look and see what they actually had when I called, so I drove all the way to the store for nothng. Terrible customer service and dishonest in my book. These people don't deserve anyone's business.
