I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE coming to the Layton HIlls Mall Downeast store. The staff are amazing. They are kind, cheerful, helpful and very professional. They are educated on their clothing items and the store always look clean and organized. Amy who serves as the manager is so positive and complimentary. She truly cares about her customers and does a wonderful job at making me feel important and special. I've gotten several outfits from the store just in the past few weeks, and I plan on returning to this location to do more clothes shopping. Thank you Layton Hills Mall Staff for being such ROCKSTARS!!!!!! Each one of you are sweethearts and I'm grateful to know you. :)

We were NOT planning on even stopping at any other store in the mall but one (and it was NOT Down East). As we were walking by , my daughter said, oh look. They have a down east here and asked if we could stop in! We were soooo pleased that we did! Not only do you have the cutest clothes and accessories... the girl that was there helping us was just fantastic!! I wish I could remember name , but she was so attentive, and helpful and very patient with us and all our indecisiveness on what we should get ! Super happy with our purchase of dresses and tops and bracelets!! We will definitely be back!!

Edit after response from store: No I would not like to affiliate myself with people that discriminate. It is now up to you to treat your employees with respect. I have addressed what you need to investigate and fix. Talking to me will not fix this.. I don’t want to talk to you I want an apology for all of those workers that walked out and I want those people fired instead of getting promoted like it has before. Discrimination SHOULD NOT BE REWARDED! And I would rather call corporate than speak to the arrogant problem. District manager and regional manager have discriminating problems. Talks badly about workers appearances such as having a “lesbian haircut”, also black workers and workers with disabilities. Workers walked out due to discrimination and how they are treated. I did not work here this is a friend of mine. Don’t shop here if you are for equality!!!

Thanks to the ladies at the Layton store for helping us find the perfect dress for a special occasion! And for putting away ALL the clothes that didn’t work out 🙂
