Just went to buy some stuff here and found that the all the employees were just super chill and nice people willing to help out and exceed expectations. I really appreciated teagen for the help even with me literally coming back 3 times, the cashier guy Andrew was also super cool! simply just because how nice these guys were I'd definitely come back. This is the kind of experience I appreciate

I was there today to buy some stuff and the manager was super helpful, they didn't have what I wanted in stores. He order it on line and had it ship to my house in no time. He went outta his way to make a costumer happy 😊

I've always liked zumiez, but while the products ARE really cool, they're not the only thing that bring me back. The vibe is always super chill and the people there, employee or shopper, are SO nice. I went with a friend a few days ago and this employee called Teagen legit let us know the deal on socks (lol) and then talked with us like we knew him. Like seriously, we ended up coming back a few times. Our 3rd (and last) time in the store, ya man Teagan and my friend were talking about watches while I was at register. I think I was asking questions about the store's rewards program? Anyways, SPEAKING of register... We came back 3 times. I went to the counter for various reasons 3 times. Dude at the counter was Andrew, and ya boi was SO chill. 1st time I was there we set up a rewards program and I wasn't saying my email loud enough or something and he was like "you're good, dude" or something after we finally got it. I came back 2nd time to return something and me card was being fussy for a second or two but he was like "all good". When I came back 3rd time he seemed amused to see me again instead of annoyed, which would've been understandable lol. Point is, Andrew and Teagen, man. Cool doodz.
