My friend and I went to Icing to get our cartilage pierced. After explaining to LeRisa about my terrible experience at another Icing, she was able to soothe my worries. She was more than helpful and she did a wonderful job. She was able to bring a little bit of fun and humor into the situation, which I appreciate. She’s a fantastic listener and no doubt deserves a raise.
Icing is awesome! I think her name is Maria, but she deserves a raise ! She is so nice! Everyone there is so helpful.
The employees are incredibly helpful and will help you get the best deal possible on what you’re shopping for. The manager is always wearing the cutest outfits and her team always looks so fashionable. You can tell they all really enjoy their jobs which makes shopping there even more enjoyable. 10/10 would shop there every day if I could.
I love this store!! They have the prettiest jewelry and the best prices! They have lovely workers especially LeRisa! I went to the store to try and find jewelry for my next school dance and I was looking for a bracelet to match the earring I wanted to get. They had a necklace just like the earrings and the amazing cashier/worker said that she'll turn the necklace into a bracelet for me so I can have the best experience at my dance! Thank you LeRisa!:))
