Ordered online for pickup @ Franklin St shop. Food was ready and waiting when I got there on the easy pickup shelf. Staff were friendly. Order was spot-on and of course delicious. Will definitely go here again - quick & easy!

Tonight was the second time in about a month that I have waited for over an hour for my delivery. What topped it off tonight was the delivery driver was extremely rude when I was not right there when she arrived. I understand they are busy but at least have a warning on your website when deliveries are that backed up. Or at least offer your customers some discount.

What a sad little sandwich. The cubano with EZ cheese apparently comes with three slices of ham, three pieces of bacon and five slices of pickles. No wonder they’re so fast, they don’t have much work to do.

this jimmy johns almost always takes over an hour to deliver and gets the order wrong anyway- even when it's not at all complicated. worst jimmy johns location ive ever ordered from

I’ve been ordering (reluctantly) from this location for a while now. I love Jimmy Johns but this location is the worst I’ve ever ordered from. Tonight my food was delivered over an hour and a half after I placed my order and what they brought me wasn’t correct or complete. I was missing an entire sandwich and the one I was sent was missing ingredients. I call the store and was told nothing could be done because it was past closing time. I placed my order an hour before closing. I fully understand that after closing there is nothing you can do but this is definitely not the first time something like this has happened. We’ve had messed up and forgotten items several times in the past and many deliveries that have taken way longer than they should have. We live about 6 minutes from this location and aside from having multiple orders to deliver and being busy I still feel that almost 2 hours is a long wait. We always tip above average and mention the mistakes when they happen but it seems like nothing is being done to remedy any of these issues since they are so frequent. I’d love to be able to just enjoy my Jimmy Johns when I want it again but I suppose I’ll be driving out of my way to another location from now on.
