A wonderful piece of technology, I would highly recommend. I had three duplicate keys made up at their kiosk in Lowes at Chapel Hill, NC, and I couldn't be happier with the results. All three fit perfectly into my office door.nnI do have one minor suggestion for an improvement though. When I was 15 years old, I worked part time in a hardware store, and one of my responsibilities was to fabricate duplicate keys for customers, so I do have some background in this subject. I did notice that when I received my three keys from Minute Key, they each had small burs still attached to them. They easily flaked off with the aid of a flat screwdriver that I procured from a nearby shelf. Really not a big deal at all, but my suggestion for future kiosks would be to consider installing a small slot that the finished keys could be inserted into. The internal side would house a deburring brush, something I remember doing to all the finished keys back in the day. A couple in and outs and your finished product would be flawless.nnJust a thought, it's still a wonderful device, and I loved not having to track down a clueless store employee (like I was so many years ago) to make them for me. The service was great - getting copies of house keys but the last key couldn't drop out of the machine so I got one less key which was suppose to be my free one. Luckily the store I was at - LOWES made me another key free of charge
