I love shopping here whenever I travel to Elizabeth City ! Great hair selection & customer service :)
Customer service is TERRIBLE! My college son brought a pair of $3.99 earrings from the store And before he put them on, they broke. He was smart enough to keep his receipt and went back to the store within 24 hours. They refused to exchange a pair of $3.99 earrings for a college student! Super terrible customer service! ECSU students, be smart and don’t shop there.

College students bought a pair of earrings and less than 24 hours and before placing in the ears, they were broken. The receipt says 7 days exchange, but they wouldn't exchange them. The manager was rude and hung up after being told about the situation.
The man is very sweet, and honest with the prices. Any day I go in, and his wife is working, some how the prices are inflated.
