the “owners husband” is the owner, one. two, it takes someone to be understanding of culture and language differences to see that Mr. Park is not rude. He does not speak fluent english. Out of all the staff he is probably the best one to make the final decision on helping a customer. Of all the things I hear about other stores, here is where you will find the most willing to work with you if you are calm and willing to listen.
The owners husband is rude as hell and talks down to people. No customer service skills and because of him I will never shop here again. I am a licensed stylist and was a frequent shopper at least once a week. I am taking my business and money elsewhere!
Wigs are comparably cheap .nGood staff
First time there found everything I was looking for and more. Much closer to my house.
