The young Indian woman that is the manager has a very rude attitude...and also is scamming customers at the register...strongly suggest if u visit this 7-eleven you do not use a card ..only cash ...and every other day or so they put out of money sign on the ATM so u have no choice but to use your card ..TAKE ME SERIOUS...DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THE REGISTER..ESPECIALLY IF THE YOUNG INDIAN OR ARABIC WOMAN IS WORKING

Paid twice for same items. Clerk said my 7-11 gift card didn't work. I gave her the cash. At home I called 7-11 to see why card didn't work and found out the purchase amount had been deducted from my gift card. Clerk gave no receipt but a case was opened and was told someone would be calling me .This was in Oct. 2019. No one ever called me. In Jan. 2020 I received an e-mail telling me that my case had been closed. No one from 7-11 ever called even though I called 3 times to check on my case. I was given the same answer each time, someone would be getting in touch with me. I resubmitted my claim. Still waiting. Want my $9.92 back

Now I see why you are only rated 3.8. Your customer service is bad at night. On 10-17 I called the store to ask for someone. The lady hung up the phone. I called back, the same response. I called back again and the lady said that you are not suppose to call and ask for employees and hung up again.

I never have had any issues here. The service is always great. They usually have what I want in stock. The only knock on this place is the bathrooms, parking lot, store is not nearly as clean as the newer 7-Eleven that is on the way to the Wal-Mart Supercenter located on Patrick Way. I would suggest you go there instead. They have more options for drinks, food, snacks, etc. and gas pumps.
