I always leave DQ here in Pierre with a smile. I've never had a bad experience here, especially when it comes to the kindness and overall vibe from the staff. There's one lady in particular who I love interacting with because of how nice she is (she's a bit older and I think has brown hair?).
Really good chicken strips. Generally pretty quick getting your order out as well. Since they came back to Pierre, they are participating in nationwide deals and seasonal stuff as well. The old one wouldn't. We can finally participate in Miracle Treat Day too! Really nice and clean inside as well. Gone are the 90s era booths and seating areas of the old DQ
They are usually busy and for good reason! Great service and food. The mobile app was really slick too!
Tried to download the app outside your restaurant and after 30 mins it finally downloaded but by this time I was already at McDonalds. I was able to download the McDonalds app instantly. It’s very inconvenient for customers without cars to use your app when it’s not downloaded. We stood outside the entrance and no one came out to help either.
Nice service. Great people who listen to take your order right. Especially love that they are the only people in town to wear gloves during this whole pandemic.
