Fries were cold, soggy and disgusting. Refused to do anything when I called them. Claimed they were busy all day and the fries were fresh. These fries were gross they went in the trash. Won’t make that mistake again. Will take the time to check them next time. Shame on you for treating your customers poorly. Shows you don’t care about who pays your wages.

I had issues with my drive thru order and no one would answer phone just rang and rang. I actually put it on speaker and set phone down for a while but after 15 min it was obvious that hard ignoring their issues today. Tried the website to complete survey and was notified by splash page they were done collecting survey data for this cycle and to try again next period for my free whopper! I dont want a free whopper! I want to report my problem and get a solution without driving all the way back to store and sitting in drive thru. I guess they have gotten to big to accept critism or correct their errors.

Always friendly staff, smooth efficient drive thru. Never had a mixed up order.

Wanted a texas whopper got a regular whopper with jalapenos and the chicken fries we got for my son were old and cold.
