Gibson's Service Center

I called the garage to see if I could get an appointment for a vehicle inspection since I live out of town. I was told that they don’t take appointments. I asked if I could get my car inspected that day. I was told that they could fit it in after lunch. I drove 45 min to get to this establishment. When I arrived, the lady at the front was very rude. She told me that they couldn’t do an inspection that day and told me to come back tomorrow. I told her that I was from out of town, and I called prior to driving there and was told that it could be done after lunch. She said that she wasn’t sure if they could get to me today but I could wait. Then she just ignored me. I wasted my time and gas.

The lady is very rude. Everytime you call and ask to be serviced or ask their prices she gets an attitude and become very disrespectful. That’s not how you address your customers. Will never take my car back there! Poor communication

Terrible experience. I live in VA but my car is registered in NC. So I called ahead to make sure that this place did emissions NC inspections. They do. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, the lady on the phone told me that it’s first come first serve. After driving an hour and a half, I show up and walk in and the lady just stares at me. I wasn’t even greeted with a hello, no smile. Nothing. Just a stare. After 30 seconds of that awkwardness, I spoke up and told her why I was there. It was about 8:30am. She said that she didn’t have time because they had many repairs, and she couldn’t give me a time to when they could work on it. So now, I’ve wasted my time and my gas, for terrible and RUDE service.

Needed a vehicle inspection, arrived first thing in the morning, was in and out in about 30 minutes. Super clean waiting area, very efficient, nice people. Highly recommend.
