Of three shops the highest price. Lady on the phone set the phone down and made some rude comment. Unprofessional staff and high price makes this a two. Only reason we allowed them to do the repairs was the speed of repair, which was great.

Would not take my car to anyone else..J R Automotive is professional and reasonable.
