I visited this CVS on Sunday, April 11th because it’s the closest one to my house and received no customer service whatsoever. The worker, a young lady, refused to acknowledge my presence as I stood in line to pay with cash. I ended up using self checkout and paying with some other payment method since I was unable to pay with cash. Will have to find a new location or stop using CVS altogether.

While this is a convenient store location and service help has been helpful, I really thought Management here at the this store was very discourteous to Town of Chapel Hill employees, who are customers at this store, be told the bathrooms were out of order. Management told their employees to propagate this lie for quite a few weeks. I even offered to recommend a plumber, but it was obviously declined.

It’s a fine, basic pharmacy. But they spam people with frequent calls and texts about enrolling in an rX auto-extension program. (I have received two already this morning, on a Saturday, before 10:10am.)
