Chapel Hill Tire

I called Chapel Hill Tire in desperate need of new tires. I was 30 minutes away from home with my two young children driving on a spare that wasn’t going to make it home. Not only were they able to fit me into their busy schedule but they also offered me a loaner car so that I didn’t have to sit there with my babies all day. They gave me a great price and warranty for 4 new tires and did a wheel alignment. Curt is the one who handled everything on the front end for me from start to finish. Fantastic customer service and now I will never go anywhere else with my business!

Fixed a tire on my car that had a nail in it. I dealt with Curt and he was very helpful and professional. Also got a quote for new tires and their prices were competitive and offered great advice and insight on the best tires for my car. I would recommend this company to others.

I haven't even bought a car yet and I'm already recommending these guys to my friends. I'd made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection that ended up falling through, but Curt has gone above and beyond as I'm going through this car searching process. Answering questions about different makes and models and giving recommendations, all extremely patiently, prompt and detailed. Honestly, now I'm just excited to get a car so I can finally bring it to the folks at Chapel Hill Tire! They are some of the kindest people you'll meet.

I have edited this because I brought the brand new flat tire I bought here in to be fixed and was told it could not be repaired. Puncture was too close to side wall. I brought it to a competitor who also specializes in tires who could have sold me a new tire but instead fixed it for FREE!!!! .Shame on these people. Now I wonder if they took me for $200 a couple months prior when they told me the same story about a brand new tire I brought there to have fixed. I will never return here. ...........(this is original post) Bought new tire here. Had a flat. Could not get it off because lug nuts were overtightened. Had to get AAA out with power tools. Then I called two locations and was told there was no chance they could fix the flat today. They were too busy. Sorry, but I expect better.

Curt was really welcoming and explained everything in great detail. He took time out to show me the few problems I have and not just tell me about them. They were fast and great! Thanks Kurt! I have been with CHT for about a year now and I always call Curt with any problems I'm having, he is always so nice knowledgeable and I wouldn't think of taking my truck anywhere else!!
