Such a good staff. They let me bring my dog inside and everyone loved on her or complimented her, meaning she loved it and so did I. They also did our inspection quickly, and fixed a loose bulb for a headlight for no extra charge. I'll remember this location for any help I need when my dog is with me for the day or for inspections. Great first experience.

I had a horrible experience today. I was treated in a disrespectful manner by a service worker. Sorry, I didn't get his name. He is white, age range maybe in his fifties or sixties. I went for a state inspection and he pulled my car in the service area went around it a few times with a tint tester, pulled my car upfront and came in the waiting area and handed me the key, then told me that my car tint is illegal. I told him that I bought my car like that. He asked me when I bought the car I told him last year from Michael Jordan. He said to take it to them. I got all worked up and said why would they sold me a call with illegal tinting and that I was going to see them right away. I got in my car and took my registration card from the dashboard. I noticed that he wrote on my registration card, so I went back into the waiting area where he was now sitting. I asked him why he wrote on my registration card and he said for the authorities to see it. This man did not turned around to address me. Throughout the whole ordeal he didn't look me straight in the face. I was embarrassed, felt like my very existence was a problem to him. To be honest I cried while driving away from there. It was my third time going there for service. Twice with my chevy cavalier but this was my first time with my Nissan. Because, of the excellent service I received with my Chevy Cavalier, I thought I should bring my Nissan there. I always take it to the dealership for services. So I will just continue to go to the dealership. I will not bring any of my vehicle there for service anymore.nI just wanted to inform you of my experience.

Not professional, rude and at the very worst they don't wear masks! In particular, a white man who is in his fifties or sixties who was rude, didn't know what is he doing and so unprofessional.

They always take care of me

Moved to NC and had to get the state inspection done. They were great and explained everything I needed to do.
