Always quick service. Never been overcharged. Never tried to be pushed into unneeded service. Very convenient and consistent service.

The tech wasn't wearing a mask. It doesn't seem professional to have to interact with an employee who doesn't have a mask on. He told me he couldn't hear me, so I had to take my mask off to tell him what service I needed. I felt like my health wasn't taken into consideration as he didn't have a mask on during that brief interaction. Please at least have them wear a mask when they interact with the customers on arrival. Then they could take the mask off while working on the cars. Also - think about when they are inside your car and all the droplets can get on your steering wheel....It'd be nice if they wore it when inside the vehicle. I'm sure he didn't. Other than that it was great service and super fast for a car inspection early in the morning! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely would still recommend going there. The staff is friendly. Just have caution that they might not be wearing masks. If you are high risk you might want to consider going someplace else. There is a bench by the street if you don't want to wait indoors.

It seems that the issues in the comment below have not been addressed by “management”. If you are looking to be surrounded by people not wearing masks, come here. If you care about your health, go some place else. The service itself is fine however, just a shame that health and safety is not valued at this location.

Drove up. Inspection took 10-15 minutes. Covid cleanliness excellent.
