Everyone at Chapel Hill Tire on Franklin was so helpful and so kind! I have never had to get my car worked on and they made the process as easy and smooth as possible. I really appreciate all the work they did and will definitely be returning if I ever have any more issues. I highly recommend their services.

I changed my oil for the first time- and I couldn’t get the oil filter off to replace it. These guys replaced it in a timely fashion, and they did it for free. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely return if I need anything else done with my care.

I had a small job. I just needed two tires mounted and balanced on rims that were already off the car. Chapel Hill Tire provided prompt and excellent service getting me in and out even though this was not a high dollar transaction. It's a testament to a well run and courteous shop

Will visit again.nnUpdate: I had one of my tires patched by CHT that wore out after some months. They repaired it for free, no appointment needed, and I never had an issue with the tire again. I really appreciated that level of service.

My family and I have used Chapel Hill tire for years. They are unfailingly professional, courteous and timely. I'm not sure if it's who they hire or how they are trained but they have an amazingly consistent ethos. They are upfront with their pricing and policy, and have always provided clear explanations for recommended services and breakdowns of the costs. A+ I wish engaging with every business was as pleasant as Chapel Hill tire.
