This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve visited (and I’ve visited a lot!). The workers are so personable and truly provide a human experience. They’re efficient, prompt and the location is so accessible. I will drive out of the way to visit this specific store!

This is 'my local Starbucks.' While the quality of Starbucks coffee is pretty uniform from one store to the next, this one particularly stands out to me because of the staff. They are always friendly, polite, and helpful. They seem genuinely interested in making a connection with me as a neighbor, not just a customer.

I cannot begin to say what an amazing experience I had yesterday and today from this store. Yesterday (completely my fault) I messed up the order and sent it to this store they were super accommodating. Then I had an emergency and couldn't pick it up. The manager Amber was so nice and even let me order a different drink.

Placed a mobile order for on store pick up. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and told that he was currently working on my drink and he would call my name when he was done. Watching there was a group of employees and what appeared to be a guest huddle in the other side of the store having some nice chit chat. Shortly after the promise to call my name I saw the same employee join the group, my name never called.... After standing there for another 5 minutes or so another employee finally asked for my name and then promptly handed me my drink and pastry. My drink was luke warm, no whip cream (I ordered a peppermint mocha) and was not made to order. Not impressed with customer service or product produced. Definitely not worth the time or money.
