Biggest issue: lack of transparency in items available, their prices, and how they can or cannot be customized.nnHow this relates to my experience: people are confused and waste time pointing at items, asking what comes in it, all while not knowing the cost. Is it so hard to post a sign with prices? More specifically, I have ordered a *large* (seasonal) drink and received it in a *large* cup more than once ... But, just now, I ordered a large seasonal drink and was given a medium (I was not offered a receipt, nor do I usually accept them since I usually wouldn't need them). The seasonal drink is posted very clearly in large handwriting on a chalkboard (and it specifies neither the sizes nor the prices). Many permanent menu drinks are clearly posted with different sizes, so it would be natural to assume that seasonal drinks would be offered in different sizes, too.nnWhy my experience today is deserving of 0 stars: the woman who made my drink was explicitly rude when I asked why my drink that I had vocalized as a large, and the cashier understood as a large, was not delivered as a large. I was not rude. I have worked plenty of service time in multiple settings... And the barista (not the one with a septum, we love her and the guy who she usually works w) working needs an attitude check. It was not worth my time to argue with her...but it is worth my time to share my experience so that others are aware of the uninviting demeanor of this employee (who I assume is new and is greatly lacking in customer service).nnWhy I rated 2 stars: the two people who I normally see working are deserving of 10 stars.nnPost prices. Tell your people to not be rude when it is not clearly posted what you get and how you get it. Thanks !

Fedex building branch doesn't offer dairy milk in coffee products? How does a cafe only offer soy and almond milk without going out of business?

This is a small branch of Saladelia in Marsico Hall on campus at UNC. They bring in food early in the morning with some hot and cold food choices such as breakfast sandwiches, soup, salads and grab and go items as well as coffee and bottled drinks. Clearly not as nice as the main cafe in Durham, but a nice choice to have for some variation from campus dining.

The older lady with darker hair has horrible attitude. Gave me the wrong drink and didn't even apologize, instead she had an attitude with me. Over charged me and never return the money. One time I asked for a folk for the food I bought there and again she had an attitude with me and told me i just put some out. Very unprofessional!!
