My husband has been in the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital and I love Starbucks, so I have been to this one several times. Each time the employees act like they could careless about serving me. Yesterday morning I ordered a medium plain coffee and a scone. I waited 15 minutes for my order. The customers who were after me and ordering complicated coffees got their order before me. Then tonight, Starbucks was completely, except 2 employees who were chatting to each other. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited several minutes before one of them asked to take my order. She took my order and left. I used a credit card and she did not bother to give my receipt, so I had to reach under the protection shield, to tear off my own receipt. I don't remember the last time I repeatedly received such horrible service. I guess the manager of this Starbucks doesn't care, because they have no real competition being in the hospital.
