I have given this location multiple choices because I really wanted it to work out, but I was let down everything time and I give up! Its a great location for me to stop at grab coffee on my way to work and my way home so I felt the need to keep trying even after my drink was bad, even after the Batista couldn't show me how to use the app for a coupon I had, even after they are literally out of every. Thing. I want every day but today was the last straw. I came in and ordered my drink ICED caramel machiatto add caramel, and cold foam, the Batista asked me if that was a frappachino? ud83eudd74 anyway the drink she gave me was ready in about 45 seconds and she was the only one working there so I already knew it was wrong, very wrong. I was running late so I took the cup and left. I get to the car and u see whip on top ud83dude44 not the cold foam that cost an extra $1.. Then I notice there is NO ice at all in it, then I drink some and there wasn't even coffee in it. I have had a problem the last 4 times I've come so I'm done and whoever the manager is who thinks it's a good idea to have someone in there alone who doesn't know how to make the drinks that's a terrible idea I will find another place to spend $7 a cup at and after today it will probably be dunkin

Good coffee, but no outdoor seating, and not inviting to sit inside during Covid.
Very friendly staff very expensive coffee. It's Starbucks what do you expect
