Good variety of teas but everything is overpriced.
I am obsessed with Cha House! This is objectively the best tea house on Franklin Street. In terms of flavor, quality, service, and authenticity, it leaves its competition in the dust. You can tell the owners are genuine people and the charistas have always been friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite drink is the Taro Milk Tea and the Thai Tea Milk Tea. The Floral Jasmine tea is also amazing - it never tastes artificial, so you know it’s high quality! The snacks are also delicious. The tapioca pearls are also perfect. If you’re in the Chapel Hill area and want some boba tea, DEFINITELY go to Cha House and not others. I look forward to coming every time!
Cha house never fails me with their top notch authentic milk tea and Taiwan snacks. Even during the pandemic time, they've never lowered the bar of their service. They keep using tea imported from Taiwan, the best in the world. What's more, they never stop developing new products to give patrons like me surprises. They have lottery and promotion during the Lunar New Year and on Valentine's Day. You don't wanna miss it.
Quick, delicious, and great prices. Taro slush with cheese cap and boba is my favorite. Snack options are relatively limited, but all are delicious, especially the popcorn chicken!
We miss the flavora of Taiwan so have been big fans of Cha House. The tofu and scallion pancake are a little slice of memory. They also have boba tea, but their food menu is the breakout star.nnThe snow ice in the summer is also a great treat.
