Moge is definitely the third best place to get bubble tea on Franklin St, but my review has to do more with their customer service. Today was a special promotion where if you bought something, you got a red envelope with something inside. I had asked a worker before I ordered if I could still receive an envelope if I placed a pick up order off of SnackPass and he assured me that I would be able to. After placing my order, another worker said I wouldn’t be able to get an envelope. I let her know that one of the workers told me otherwise and that I specifically asked about this before ordering, but she said there was nothing she could do. Even if that is your official policy, I feel like it is only fair to the customer if you make an exception when one of your workers provides incorrect information.
The place and drinks are very cute. I enjoyed the red bean milk tea! The service was very quick. Also the aesthetic and location were very nice.
Me and my friend Ben had a good time chilling out here we ordered the oreo tea it was delish custimer service was great place was bright tables were very clean and menu was simple my freind ben saved his awesome bear cup and reused it for a souvenir and a awesome cup at home will return here again asap in chapel hill for more awesome when I can keep up the great job you got a fan here indeedud83dude0eud83eudd18ud83dude01
Such a cute place with yummy tea! I got the mango tea with boba and it was really nice
My drink tasted like water with not much else in it... they did try and fix it by adding sugar but it didn’t help. Not going back.
