Food was good. However i ordered online delivery at 7:21 and received my two item purchase at 9:15. I also called the store and was on wait for 30 minutes and listened to how delicious their cookie brownies are on a loop. I called two separate times and never got to anyone on the other end. I called in a day later to try to talk to someone about the service I received, they ended up explaining to me that the system had crashed and gave me a credit for a free large pizza. I had to come back and change my review because they explained the issue and were very kind about the situation
Dude on the phone acted like he couldn't hear me because he didn't want to take any orders. After five minutes trying to place an order with this confused or high worker I just said never mind. All of a sudden he can hear and says great have a good night.
The order was fast, delivery was fast...I ordered thin crust which was a bit burnt...the taste of the toppings were good. Next time, I'll get a thick crust. For some reason, people have difficulty baking thin crust pizzas!! I ordered the cinnamon twists...were okay, but not completely cooked maybe?
Ordered black box deep dish. Was sent brooklyn pizza instead. The manager Shawn wouldn’t make it right. Ridiculous, as we finally placed an order with dominos after almost 10 years. Oh well, we’ll go back to Pizza Hut. Dominos commercials tout customer service, but evidently the local managers aren’t empowered or don’t care....
They literally delivered my pizza to the wrong place. Then when I try and contact them I can’t get ahold of anyone. So I waiting an hour just to realize I had to get food from somewhere else. I could only get in contact with a computer and I got nothing. Terrible communication.
