THANK YOU!!! Heather and Kip at Fred’s Marine were wonderful! They were helpful at getting my boat scheduled and it looked great after it was shrink wrapped and winterized. They were also very helpful at recommending an indoor storage facility with super friendly people. Morgan Boat Storage. Ellison at Morgan was super friendly. I’m excited to get our boat out on the water next season! Thanks for the great work!!

My husband and I trying to support our local boat store. My husband employed the current secretary for Fred Marine 6 years ago. She was upset about a bonus, and put in her two weeks notice. During her two week period, she was over heard bad mouthing the department to a customer. She was told she didn’t need to finish her two weeks. Quit/let go.. She is still holding a grudge! Refusing service on our boat because of her past experience in the work place with my husband. We live in the neighborhood of Fred’s marine and wanted to support local. We have family and friends also that have their boat maintenance done there. I find it very unprofessional to deny us service because of a personal reason that isn’t necessarily justified. The messages sent to my husband from her personal phone are also not professionally appropriate. We will be taking our business elsewhere regardless the price. In her messages she also implies that the shop she is referred us to will charge us more than Fred’s marine. She did the nice gesture of giving us the contact information for Taylor’s Marine. Thank you Heather for the referral. I wish there was a way to post the screenshots of the message on a Google review.

We were very impressed with the service we experienced at Fred’s. They seem to know boats inside and out and we had many questions and they patiently answered them all. Heather, at the front desk is boat savvy and we were thankful for her help in understanding what repairs our boat need. We haven’t taken the boat out yet to see how it runs, but feel confident the problems are fixed and Fred’s will stand behind their work. An absolutely positive experience so far.

after dealing with Germaine Marine for over a month trying to get them to get parts for me. Each of the 4 times i called it was the same story. who are you? what do you need? we will call you when we get what you need/ we will send you an e-mail when we find your part. In one day i went up to Fred's marine, talked to Fred himself and had the issue delt with for 1/3 the price i was expecting, and had the part in 4 days later with a fresh tutorial from Fred on how to install it myself. so happy in fact i bought a new surfboard from them as well! i am sold on this place! customer service was amazing! i will forever be a loyal customer to Fred's marine!

Fred’s Marine is an excellent Family owned marine dealership with a very experienced and friendly staff. I dealt with Kip Ames a few years ago when purchasing the boat and he was super knowledgeable and friendly and this past month have had the pleasure to work Heather Walsh in service and she’s also super helpful, responsive and a great communicator with the warranty and recall issues we had. In my experience they are one the best dealerships around from the purchase to ownership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking purchase or maintain boats or marine products.
