Not happy! I was told that my prescription would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but I had to wait almost an hour and a half, only to find out that I had to leave empty handed without my prescription because they couldn't figure my insurance out. This is not the first time that I have had a long wait at Walgreens, but might be last. There are plenty of other Pharmacies in Layton, and shouldn't be too difficult to find one that will give me better service.

I have had it with this pharmacy!!! They have messed up my prescription, not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES!!! Today is the last straw. They almost sent me away with SOMEONE ELSES prescription!! On another occasion the pharmacist told me I can’t get my medicine when my doctor and my insurance both approved it! And they also have messed up the quantities of my medicine MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! I don’t have one good thing to say about this Walgreens. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

My experience here was very impressive. I had to switch pharmacies due to my insurance and they were very helpful with getting meds transferred as well as getting new prescriptions that the other pharmacy did not include. They text when things are ready so you don't have to wonder...the best thing was the sincere helpfulness of the pharmacists. I want to make sure they get recognized!

Wow. Wouldn't start refilling prescription because you thought we couldn't afford it? Do your job! Will definitely use ANOTHER pharmacy.

There are many good things about this place. Lots of good pharma techs. But if you get stuck with Aaron waiting on you, it will take twice as long as it should. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. He left me at the counter for almost an hour because he took my RX, set it down in the back and lost it, and then asked why I didn't have my script. I was suffering from an injured leg, and waiting for 48 minutes while he figured out what he did with my stuff was unbearable! Also, you bottom out your car if you're not careful getting in. Not at all the entrances, but it always seems to be the only one you can access with the traffic flow. Sayin'.
