I walked through the front door with no staff in sight. Grabbed a product from the shelf and went to the pharmacy to check out as no one was upfront and I can hear them all talking amongst each other! Walked up and they all have their masks down on cell phones. The cashier / pharmacist [?] Rings me out and its more expensive. We go back and fourth a few times. She ends up not even checking the price or offering to help just suggesting that I have to be some special member of some club! All the other associates just agree and play on their phones. Rudest experience in a cvs. I will not shop here again!

I had absolutely an amazing experience here, I went in with my 3 year old and she didnt want to sit still while I done some pictures so Crystal (CVS employee) came over and got on the floor and played with my daughter while I did my pictures. Just completely amazed me. She was really nice and very professional. Thank you Crystal I will be coming back to this location for future needs just because of your great customer service.

Female pharmacist on phone definitely projected tone of being put out to help me. After we confirmed that I was within 50 miles for mail delivery of a prescription, I received a text message saying my prescription was ready. However, when I replied to the text to get the prescription mailed, my address was not accepted in their system. When I called the pharmacy back, the same woman said yeah, we found out the Post Office won't deliver to you, even though you're less than 50 miles away. She couldn't have called me to tell me that? She just blamed the P.O. and then told me there was nothing she could do to help. Complete lack of caring.

Very pleased with new self checkouts which offer contactless credit card machines! Nicely done my local CVS. Hand sanitizer for sale in front and masks offered.
