The customer service has went downhill in the last few months.nEmployees are not as pleasant as they use to be, 1 gentlemen told me to hold on while he finished his personal phone call.nThe atm seems to always be out of money or jammed
Myself and a few other customers in the store had a terrible experience with an employee and originally gave a 1-star review for his actions and refusal of service. It has been a week since then, and the GM reached out to me personally to offer her apology as well as compensation and has informed me that the employee has been terminated due to my feedback and others customer complaints regarding him. I'd like to give an honest 5-stars for her diligence and compassion regarding the matter and will continue shopping here knowing that it has such a good GM.
Will never do business at this store again management needs to be investigated something is very fishy about the things I've seen at this store in the last 3 months.
