This O’Reillys location is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Corporate needs to do a full overhaul on this store and the employees they hire. I run a shop and need to be able to rely on my parts vendors. The employees here have little to no knowledge about auto parts. Several times I’ve been told a part I ordered will be in tomorrow or a few days if it’s a special order item, just to have them not order it, toss around so many different excuses on why it’s not arrived or even ordered. I could go on and on about this. I give them a part number off their website, and they can’t even put the part numbers in their system correctly to find it, even when I’ve done the leg work for them. I call another store and it’s always quick, smooth and painless. These guys need trained or replaced.

One of the best places for car parts locally. I have always been able to get necessary parts quickly and affordably on a consistent basis. Unlike a few other chain stores.

Very knowledgeable about cars and great customer service

It's pretty good. Rock Auto beats their prices big time though
